The Operations Specialist (OS) is primary responsible for making appointments in service stations for Lease Plan’s external clients vehicles (car users).
Additionally, the OS will provide assistance to Order&Delivery Dept for preparing the cars to be delivered and activated in the Lease Plan’s system.
1. Makes appointments in service stations for Lease Plan’s external clients.
2. Collaborates with road assistance and car replacement suppliers.
3. Prepares the car file documentation for LeasePlan vehicles.
4. Inputs necessary data in the system for activating the cars and invoicing purpose.
5. Keeps accurate database of car orders and deliveries.
6. Collaborates with the insurance broker, vignette, registration services and fuel suppliers.
7. Above mentioned activities include but are not limited to:
- prepare and file documentation
- check and book invoices
- issue reports
- keeps contact with suppliers and external clients
