JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

 Degree in a finance or accounting area
 Experience in a financial department minimum 1 year
 Computer skills
 Medium level of English language
 Open, honest, reliable, accurate
 Persevering, organized
 To pay attention to details
 Able to work well in team and integrates in the team

The Junior Accountant is responsible with the administration of payments for incoming invoices, matching of payments for outgoing invoices and administration related to outgoing invoices at LeasePlan Romania (LPRO).

1. Payments for incoming invoices:
- To verify if the incoming invoice has the registration number from the Office Manager and the approval signature from the Operation Department and from the Financial Director
- To verify if the suppliers completed correctly the identification data for LeasePlan Romania in the box of customer.
- To verify the currency on the proforma invoice and to transform the amount in RON (based on the exchange rate used by the supplier or if is not specified the BNR exchange rate)
2. Matching of payments for outgoing invoices
- Selecting the outgoing invoices which are already imported in Exact and matching with the related payments
3. Administration related to outgoing invoices
- Printing, automatic sending of electronic files to clients, sending copies etc.
- Making copies of the incoming invoices which will be reinvoiced to the clients and enclose them to the outgoing pass-on invoices
4. Other responsibilities:
- Calculation of penalties for late payments
- Calculation of exchange rate differences
