RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Contribute to the creation of system and program designs and specifications, working within a project team under a project leader, or acting independently for small-scale systems development.
* Handle multiple, simultaneous projects.
* Contribute to the creation of test plans to ensure system integrity following defined Quality Assurance procedures.
* Communicate with management regularly on progress of active projects, adhering to reasonable and agreed upon timelines.
* Work with database administration area to design and model new and existing databases.
* Code and implement programs according to project specifications, using development coding tools and standards established by the management team of the development area.
The position will report directly to a senior developer of Internet development
* The candidate must have at least 2 years programming experience, some of which should be Internet or intranet related.
* Technical expertise in Java in a Unix environment is required, along with a strong database background.
* Experience with J2EE, XML, EJB, JSP, Servlets, JBOSS, Spring/Velocity/Free Marker is a plus.
* Experience with Hibernate, MS SQL, Oracle Database, Informix Database, Struts & Tiles, Javascript, Jasper, J-Report, Resin & Weblogic is a big plus.
