CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Experienced architects required. With autocad experience. Experience of building permit and technical project, and also of works on site. Ideally they would be qualified with the right of signature (OAR). Also you should be capable of working with a team. Positions of all levels available. We are looking for experienced architects, technicians and office directors to liase with the UK office. Ideally candidates should be english speaking.

To work on one of the biggest shopping centres in Romania, you would work with a team of architects preparing detailed design information and technical drawings for the project. Leach Rhodes Walker are a UK based practice who have had an office in Bucharest for over a year. The practice has over 130 employees and works throughout Europe. The projects are significant commercial projects ranging from €9m to €450m. Projects include shopping centres, offices, apartments and housing, hotels, industrail, airports and masterplanning.
