Lawyer In-House

The ideal candidate for our team of professionals will be a Law graduate with minimum 4 years of experience, graduating with a good or very good mark. You would be a member of Bar Association and have previously dealt with both legal recoveries (including forced executions) and offering consultancy on various contracts. You will be an excellent communicator with proven negotiation abilities, be a problem solver and a very good team player.

- Ensure that all Next Capital legal files are timely processed following the optimum legal procedures;
- Provide advice regarding the the company contracts with various suppliers and offer feedback to company management on the contracts
- Responsible to accomplish the conciliation procedure according to the legal procedures (send the conciliation requests on time, perform direct conciliation, negotiate and conclude payment transactions).

- Responsible for performance of the specific Court procedures in front of the Courts or for the monitoring of the Court procedures if those are done by a company collaborator:
o Summoning procedure according G.O 5/2001: draft petitions, submit and plead files in Court;
o Compulsory execution procedure: ensure the relationship with the Officers of the Court
