Lawyer, Entry level, 1 year of experience

The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English (another language is an asset), with at 1 year's experience as a trainee lawyer (admitted in the Bar Association in 2009 who should attend the fully qualification exam in 2011). He/ she should also be willing to work under pressure, have a strong commitment to the firm, loyalty and a willingness to learn and to be a team player. Common sense and practicality are also important, as is willingness to undertake business trips in Romania and abroad. Experience in an international law firm will be an advantage but is not compulsory.

Registration of trade companies with the Trade Registry, providing practical legal advice and drafting opinions or contractual documentation or litigation documentation. Experience in energy matter is an advantage. Assisting more experienced colleagues in structuring financial and/or commercial transactions in the field of company & corporate law, energy, M&A, taxation, real estate & construction, employment, securities, financial services and banking.
