| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in Law, master or postgraduate studies is a plus
Definitive lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar, with minim 2 years experience;
Practice Areas: Commercial and Company Law, Competition Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Real Estate.
Experience of working with foreign clients;
Used to work independently as well as to be a good team worker and target oriented person;
Management, analysis and synthesis skills;
Flexible, resistant to work under pressure and willing to work overtime;
PC knowledge
Strong English and Italian skills both spoken and written;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for handling all corporate affairs/company laws, drafts/reviews, registration procedure with Trade Regsitry;
Follows up of the on-going litigations/coordination of all litigations, contracts finalization and all due diligence work.
Keeps abreast of new Romanian laws and practice; alert business people of relevant developments.
Trains and updates business people on legal topics and code of business conduct for the legal aspects.
