| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The position requires someone with senior level, professional services industry experience, business acumen and a combination of enterprise IT and project management skills. Commercial experience in the IT, e-business, on-line marketing or related market space will be a distinct advantage.
•3 to 5 years experience in consulting/professional services in IT/E-business/marketing related industry
•Bilingual or a Native English speaker
•Demonstrated leadership, project management and organizational skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, including business/technical writing
•Experience working with senior executives including C-level management
•Understanding of enterprise internet business models and online marketing terminology, concepts and strategies a plus
•General understanding of web analytics and web measurement technologies a plus
Native English speaker level is a must.

Tasks:
•Heading the Professional Services group
•Managing, mentoring and developing the Professional Services team
•Managing key enterprise projects and providing advanced consulting and best practices advice to clients and partners
•Developing and “productizing” industry and marketing focused Professional Service solutions
•Developing and delivering internal and external training solutions
•Working with the Sales and Account Management team to identify and close services sales opportunities
•Working with Partner Management team to develop and provide partner-focused professional services and training solutions
•Working with Marketing team to provide strategic direction and content in support of marketing initiatives
