Launch Engineer

Our client, one of the world wide automotive suppliers is currently developing a new production facility in Craiova and is looking for a Launch Engineer.
Requirements:
- Technical University degree;
- Between 1 and 3 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment;
- Engineering/Process experience;
- Quality Management and lean manufacturing knowledge;
- Program Management Experience;
- Leadership and communication skills;
- MS Project, MS Office, Lotus Notes;
- English is a must.

- Key interface between SDT to achieve the program’s targets on time and regarding cost, quality and manufacturability;
- Ensure the right implementation of the change management process;
- Coordinate Model Year Change launch /product change implementation;
- Create start-up plan for Model Year Changes and maintain timeline;
- Manage product change implementation cost;
- Coordinate delivery of all pre-production parts;
- Conduct manufacturing review;
- Ensure Advanced Quality Planning/PPAP.
