| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- technical university degree is mandatory
- English (medium/advanced) is mandatory;
- driving license (mandatory)
- experience in sales of technology or industrial equipments (sales of equipments for the printing industry is a plus)
- abilities to negotiate, oriented to the customers' portfolio development ;
- abilities for sale in conditions of product competition;
- real communication and reporting abilities; power of persuasion;
- initiative and persevering;
- organizing and planning skills ;
- knowledges of the market segment;
- accomplishment of the monthly sales target ;
- capacity of analyzing and synthesizing ;
- oriented to the customers;
- person motivated to promote and to achieve results and assuming responsibilities ;
- the candidate should work independently and/or with the team ;
- availability for frequent traveling inside and outside the country;

- is promoting and selling the company's packages of products and services ;
- is developing , administrating and faithfully the customers' portfolio through telemarketing and direct sales;
- is negotiating and concluding contracts;
- is monitoring the contracts during their availability period;
- the daily activity is according the company policy;
- is using at maximum the existent opportunities ;
- is collecting the informations about the customers and competitors for better understanding of the market and competition activity;
- is evaluating the customers' needs and is proposing them solutions for the right equipments;
- is permanently prospecting the market, identifying new business opportunities through different methods;
- is responsible about the collection of the issued invoices;
- is issuing sales reports to the management;
- is in permanent contact with the logistic and service departments and with the product manager;
