CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- technical university degree is mandatory
- English (medium/advanced) is mandatory;
- driving license (mandatory)
- experience in management
- experience in sales for consumables or equipments in the printing industry is a plus
- abilities to negotiate, oriented to the customers' portfolio development ;
- abilities for sale in conditions of product competition;
- real communication and reporting abilities; power of persuasion;
- initiative and persevering;
- organizing and planning skills ;
- complex thinking + innovative thinking
- knowledges of the market segment;
- accomplishment of the monthly sales target ;
- capacity of analyzing and synthesizing of the informations;

- person able to promote and to achieve results and assuming responsibilities ;
- the candidate should work independently and with the team ;
- availability for frequent traveling inside and outside the country;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- is organizing the division activity and is developing its strategy
- is issuing the sales plan of the division
- is coordinating the sales team
- is developing and driving sales campaigns in coordination with the marketing manager
- is promoting and selling the company's packages of products and services to the key customers;
- is developing , administrating and faithfully the customers' portfolio ;
- is negotiating and concluding contracts;
- is monitoring the contracts during their availability period;
- the daily activity is according the company objectives;
- is collecting the informations about the customers and competitors for better understanding of the market and competition activity;
- is evaluating the customers' needs and is proposing them packages solutions ;
- is permanently prospecting the market, identifying new business opportunities through different methods and channels;
- is coordinating the sales team for the good collection of the receivables;
- is issuing sales reports to the management;
- is in permanent contact with the logistic and service departments and with the product manager;
