| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Fresh graduate in Engineering or student in the last year of study, preferable with a specialization in Food Machinery;
Learning on the fly, drive for results, perseverance and career ambition;
Business and technical sense;
Creative, positive mind, able to stand behind own ideas;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACAD);
Fluent in English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reporting to the Manager M&R, you will follow a thorough development program, having as main tasks to:
Understand machinery, technologies and processes in manufacturing;
Take an active role in the preventive maintenance & repairs;
Effectively involve in the implementation of the investment and M&R projects;
Define technical specifications and technology requirements for the M&R projects;
Proactively recommend technical improvements of equipment with the aim to increase output performance.
