General Accounting Accountant

Your profile:
• Graduate of an Economic University
• Good statutory and US GAAP accounting knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Eye for detail
• Ability to work with figures in speed regime
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Finance department of a multinational company

Your responsibilities:
Reporting to Manager Accounting Commercial Unit, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the booking and tracking of Fixed Assets for the full company;
• Inventory: inventory movements, balances reconciliation for all raw and packing materials related to coffee contract manufacturing and imported finished goods, including year end inventory count;
• Maintaining statutory, fiscal and USGAAP Fixed Asset Module;
• Inter-company billing of recharges and inter-company receivables reconciliation; monthly inter-company reconciliation with other Kraft entities for US GAAP closing;
• General Ledger transaction booking for salaries, of corporate tax and all other taxes;
• Preparing and posting of the revaluation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Accounts transactions;
• Month, quarter, year end closing process co-ordination for statutory closing and organizes accounting evidence keeping according to the legal norms in force.
