CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-ASP.NET 1.1/2.0 with C#, HTML, Java Script.
-SQL Server. Oracle is a plus, not mandatory.
-Knowledge of Web Services and XML are considered a plus.
-Crystal Reports and Reporting Services are also a plus.
