| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
EDUCATION
• University Degree would be an advantage.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Typically has 1 year previous experience in relevant role
• Ability to work under pressure (e.g. cope with multy-tasks) whilst maintaining quality
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good English knowledge
• Ability to plan, organise, prioritise
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reports to General Manager:
To provide daily general administrative support to the team working in the head office, processing information, maintaining departmental administrative systems, coordinating the mailing activities and other secretarial assigned duties.
