| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Background/Qualifications:
•At least 5 years experience in sales (FMCG will be an advantege);
•Good PC and general software skills
•Good knowledge of English;
•Driving licence (categ B)
•University degree
Capabilities:
•Developed negotiation and communication skills
•Customer orientation; very good problem solving abilities
•Business economics
•Strategic & planning skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Leads development for Customers: decide customer priorities and opportunities with appropriate funding ensuring quality delivery of company's commercial objectives
•Monitors execution quarterly
•Analysis profitability of accounts; develops specific customer plans for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, services
•Presents, negotiates and implements targeted plans for range, shelf space, promotions, pricing, Service
•Negotiates with the customers, the range of products, the Trade marketing programs, the planograms and the consumer price.
•Presents monthly reports regarding sales performance and managed accounts profitability
•Prepares an account file that represents the current situation within the account in terms of the key sales drivers.
