CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with trade marketing & KA management activities in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Very good negotiations skills;
• Project management skills, ability to coordinate matrix teams;
• Good English level;
• Analytical mind;
• Dynamic, energetic, communicative personality.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job purpose:

Coordinate all commercial activities and lead the profitable development of Sandoz portfolio in key pharmacies chains:

Key Responsibilities:

• Decide customer priorities and opportunities with appropriate funding, for ensuring commercial objectives delivery accordingly with the portfolio strategy;
• Develop strategy and tactical plan for every key customer, in line with the business plan and commercial policy; Develop and recommend customer specific plans for range, merchandising promotions, pricing, and services;
• Monitor execution of the approved plan on a trimestral basis;
• Presentation, negotiation and implementation of targeted plans for range, shelf space, promotions, pricing, services;
• Negotiate with the customers, the range of products, the Trade marketing programs, the planograms and the consumer price;
• Build positive Customer relationships;
• Identify areas of opportunity to grow share, volume and revenue;
• Issue resolution with Customers / Consumers;
• Evaluate quarterly customer performance accordingly with the objectives of sales and profitability;
• Communicate with sales for ensuring optimal regional plans implementation;
• Manage allocated budget accordingly with approved customer plans.
