Head of Office

• University degree in Business/Economics
• Experience in teambuilding and leadership
• Experience in office organization and business consulting (if possible in Business Process Outsourcing) is an advantage
• Strongly goal oriented and focused style
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong communication skills, good team spirit, determination, self confidence and the capacity to work under stress
• Very good verbal and written skills in German, English and preferably a further language (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese) is an advantage
• Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Leadership and further strategical development within the subsidiary office in Cluj-Napoca
• Organization of office tasks and distribute work for up to 20 co-workers
• Coordination and optimization of the work flow
• Assume responsibility for the employees and take over responsibility in leadership
• Planning and accomplishing recruiting tasks
• Interface functions towards the HR, accounting, marketing, and sales department for the offices in Düsseldorf, Munich, Vienna
