CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English
Knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage
Familiarity in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) required
Familiarity with the Internet including browser and email applications

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Handles outbound and inbound calls and provides telephone and email support to customers
Assists customers with processing their on-line orders and troubleshooting problems
Elaborates media releases and newsletters
Helps develop and lead special projects and initiatives for various events
Assisting in proofing of all collateral and communications materials that carry the KeepCalling.com logo and that of its programs and services
Acts as KeepCalling.com's representative to the media
Handle data entry and administrative duties |
