Sales Center Manager

-A University degree is mandatory
-Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales/service
-Team spirit, tenacious, able to work under pressure
-Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills
-Strong strategic planning abilities, result oriented
-High accuracy in work
-Good knowledge of English language and of MS Office applications

-To achieve Sales Center financial targets through team leadership in sales, service, employee satisfaction and corporate compliance
-Drives Sales Center sales results through sales planning and forecasting activity
-Recruits, hires, trains sales staff and ensures that they have the necessary tools to successfully execute their role
-Leads the effort to optimize and leverage current client portfolio through cross-sell and relationship deepening initiatives
