| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Relevant experience in financial sector, collection activity experience is a plus
-Proficiency in English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Collects overdue loans from individuals who have overdue installments according to the department’s procedures and terms.Counsels the customers in which regards the payment instruments, payment dates, debt amount, monthly installments amount, etc;
•Generates notifications to the clients according to the department’s timelines and procedures and processes the return mail.
•Keeps the records of the interaction with the clients.
•Contributes to the creation and improvement of working procedures.
