| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Experience in organizing events;
- Strong familiarity in menu planning, food presentation and banquet service standards;
- Computer literate (Fidelio/Opera represents a plus);
- Excellent selling skills;
- Excellent team player, able to work well with all hotel departments;
- Timeliness and accuracy in work and assignments;
- Outgoing personality with willingness to serve;
- Very good verbal and written communication skills, in both Romanian and English;
- Ability to coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to manage group room blocks and meeting space inventories;
- Ability to manage customer budgets;
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner
- Strong familiarity in designing, upselling and executing outstanding catered events of various sizes and complexity
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Executes all hotel and gropus events such as: weddings, private functions, baptizing, anniversaries and all other types of private functions;
- Ensures that the events of the hotel are executed with consistent, high level service from the sales phase, throughout event phase and then billing phase;
- Through coordination with all invloved hotel departments, and customer, takes total responsibility for the success of the event;
- Prepares all event documentation to satisfaction of customer and coordinates event with all appropriate hotel departments;
- Recognizes opportunities to upsell the customer and suggestively sells enhancements to create better events;
- Make each customer feel important.
