HR Administrative Assistant

Strong knowledge in HR/ legal area;
Proven experience in dealing with all paper work involved in the hiring process, payroll, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc;
Experienced in working with local labour authorities;
Certified as labour inspector;
Preferable economic studies;
Payroll knowledge would be a plus;
Fluent English;
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Charisma HR)
Hospitable, team player;
Able to coordinate multiple tasks and to work with tight deadlines (prioritizing tasks).

To perform in an efficient manner all administrative activities of the Human Resources Department. To act as support for payroll activities.
