| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- experience in working within 5* hotels at least as a Sous Chef, supervising big teams (over 30 people)
- experience with schedule coordination on multiple kitchen teams
- menu design and implementation for different specialty restaurants and events
- HACCP knowledge
- standards oriented
- passion for the job, dedication
- flexible with own schedule
- capable of working under stress and long hours

- English speaking
