CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Lucu Tsignopoulou & Associates is seeking a junior lawyer to join the commercial practice of the firm.
The candidate selected to join our team will be working in a team of 5 lawyers and will report directly to the partners, in a friendly environment with a high international exposure.
Candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in dealing with commercial matters. He/She should be member of Bar and good command of English language and solid reporting skills are a must.
Prior experience in an international environment will be considered a competitive advantage. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The main responsibilities of a junior lawyer in our company are: drafting contracts, documents in the area of company formation, legal opinions, etc as assigned by his superiors; representation of the clients before the courts of law, arbitration bodies, other public institutions, as the case may be. |
