As a Junior Communication Officer you will liaise with different internal and external stakeholders to support business needs through communication initiatives.
What you need to know/have:
- Communication background
- University degree in Marketing field, Public Relations or Communication
- Advanced English
- Well-developed listening and communications skills
- Social media proficiency
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
Descrierea jobului
- Implement internal communication strategies and plans, correlating content, Tools, channels, timelines;
- Creation of materials for communication purposes: presentations, newsletters, infographics, posters;
- Support organization of internal events: concept, orders, admin, promotion, etc.;
- Content curation and proofreading: Review of written content in French for eLearning;
- Project Management: planning, minutes of meetings;Office & Admin : organization of resources, creation of templates, administration of internal communications databases & orders;
