Junior Analyst Accounts Payable - German speaker

 German language skills

 Input/Process invoices in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreement and allocated tasks.
 Assess, review and interpret the information to identify any issues in the end market. Manager/Supervisor to be notified of any issues arising.
 Assist when necessary in monthly collation/preparation of the Accounting Services reports.
 Ensure KPI figures are met and understood.
 Process accurately and on a timely basis the expense claims from employees employed by the designated BAT end market.
 Ensure that all T&E claims have the relevant receipts attached, the claimants have coded and submitted expenses correctly and on a timely basis and that the managers are approving expenses on time.
 Assist and support the training and development of new colleagues/users
 Ensure all invoices/employee expense claims are processed within SLA
