Jr Procurement Specialist

Skills/Qualifications:
• University degree
• Experience and skills for communication with supplier
• Organizational skills, flexibility, results driven
• Proactive thinking
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
• Advanced computer knowledge (MS Office)

Key responsibilities:
• Performs specific activities for Purchasing Indirect Materials and services
• Initiates and participates in projects of rationalizing Indirect Materials;
• Identifies new suppliers and purchase opportunities on local and foreign markets
• Generates RFQs and participates in supplier evaluation and selection
• Maintains and updates the preferred supplier list
• Maintains updates on ERP data
