| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology and Services market, is looking for a Major Account Executive who will focus on improving our customers' top and bottom lines by expanding current relationships while also selling to new decision makers within accounts. Our key decision makers include the C-level suite, Vice Presidents of Technology, and other key vice presidents (including Sales/Marketing, HR, and Operations) where having the right technology matters to the top line. You will have the opportunity to positively impact companies' technology initiatives, by analyzing gaps in existing enterprise technology platforms and then developing and managing solutions to close those gaps. Through conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, Major Account Executives draw meaningful conclusions from the data, and present these analyses and conclusions to their clients. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating and education-filled work environment. To achieve sales excellence, our sales professionals develop and demonstrate skills in several key areas:
• Sales Methodology: Apply a value-based sales methodology to achieve goals and position for long-term results, by selling consultatively, building account plans, identifying and developing leads, setting appointments, conducting account research, leading sales calls, and creating relationships that lead to new business opportunities for the company.
• Business & Industry Knowledge: Gather, analyze, and apply business and industry knowledge, through knowing the enterprise technology industry and customers' industries, and using economic and financial data to understand a client's business.
• Company & Solution Knowledge: Understand our business and its people, processes, and solutions, through knowing the company and exemplifying our vision and values, describing our products and solutions, and optimizing our resources and technology.
• Individual Effectiveness: Drive business results by leveraging and expanding their personal capabilities and qualities, including initiative, decision making, planning, and resilience.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate many of the following:
• Degree from an accredited college or university
• 4-7 years in proven business-to-business sales experience
• Experience with selling solutions and value
• Current employment in either a business-to-business outside sales position or leadership role
• Documented proof or quota attainment and regional or national sales ranking
• Experience expanding named accounts as well as selling new clients from scratch
• Documented success selling to executives and multiple decision makers in large complex accounts
• English language fluency – additional language proficiency preferred
• Strong initiative and desire to achieve
• Ability to travel up to 50%
