| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client, a major media leader who operates a number of Internet properties, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to supplement a growing customer service presence in Europe. The opportunity entails:
• Ideal candidate will come equipped with exceptional customer service experience in a contact center environment. Additionally we are looking for problem-solving, computer, writing, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• This isn’t your typical customer service position, and we aren’t your typical call center. We are extremely customer focused, and we pride ourselves in having the best customer service in the business. We need people who think fast and work with passion.
• As a Customer Service Representative you will assist customers and clients with technical and analytical tasks on our website. These include navigating the site, answering billing questions, and assisting with site troubleshooting.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Able to effectively demonstrate a high level of quality customer service which is “Best in Class”
• Able to type at 35 wpm+
• Should be outgoing and have excellent references and verifiable track record
• Must be sharp, enthusiastic, and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, various email programs, and be Internet savvy
• Able to learn and understand very quickly
• Team player
Skills which are desired, but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to type 75 wpm+
• Work history which demonstrates stability and accomplishment
• Proficient in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or another European language
