ECONOMIST - AUDIT

- 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Audit practice is preferred
- Working knowledge of basic office technology – Excel and advanced Excel, Word, Access
- Ability to interact with professional staff and corporate base
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Consistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Demonstrates initiative and team spirit
- English written and spoken profiency. French or German is a plus.

- Assist in performing assurance engagements (audit, reviews, agreed upn procedures) using paperless software in a team environment.
- Assist in preparing the reports to senior members of the team
- Performs at client premises reviews and work programs
- Gain a working knowledge of accounting/auditing pronouncements (GAAP)
- Participate in a variety of firm sponsored continuing education programs that include live presentations, third party continuing education seminars and international JPA training tools.
