| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Level of education: university degree; non special professional qualification required;
- Work experience: 3 years working as HR generalist in international company;
- Computer skills / PC knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet;
- Language skills: English - fluent;
- Competencies / Other skills: high level of maintaining confidentiality, planning & organizing, attention to details, accuracy and reliability, customer focus, sense of urgency, communications skills, initiativeness. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job purpose:
- responsible to administer, implement and monitor human resource activities in order to provide support within human resources function. Duties include range of general HR activities referred to compensation and benefits, learning and development, recruitment, health & safety;
- employee is responsible to act in line with local legislation and company policies, procedures, including Credo, Health Care Compliance;
- employee operates under general supervision within defined guidelines with readily available advice.
Key accountabilities:
- administrative support at HR documentation (contracts, job descriptions, annual leaves, other relevant day to day HR documents, etc.);
- maintenance of the personnel database and HR general database;
- benefits administration;
- support for payroll administration;
- learning & development co-ordination (support at organising the trainings);
- recruitment co-ordination (announcements, applications screening with selection interviews, invitation/rejection letters, all needed documents related to employee’s employment, etc.);
- following local legislation and update HR Manager accordingly;
- health and safety co-ordination;
- local implementation of globally lead Global Human Resources Transformation project:
1. consolidation of all current HR activities and processes such us recruitment, leaves, benefits, learning and development, data privacy and WILMA to provide local legally and business practices.
2. active participation in globally/regionally lead W/Shops to confirm defined local activities and processes/policies.
3. local implementation of globally/regionally changed/harmonized activities and processes/policies.
4. local supports for other ongoing GHRT (Global Human Resources Transformation) implementation planned to be finished by end of Q1, 2010.
