| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidatul ideal are experienta in domeniul proiectelor sociale si a colaborat deja cu un ONG.
Are studii universitare in domeniul asistentei sociale sau a sociologiei si a participat la proiecte de cercetare in sociologie.
Este un foarte bun cunoscator al limbii engleze si a programelor EXCEL si ACCESS.
Competence :
Previous experience in social service or socialogical research is an asset.
Computer skills related to data base creation and administration.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and works within deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Ability to organize and motivate others and to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Great attention to detail with an eye towards accuracy.
Self motivated.
A professional sense of security, team management, confidentiality and proper representation is paramount to the job profile.
Computer literacy.
Very good knowledge of ACCESS and EXCEL.
Foreign Languages :
Fluency in English (both oral and written) is a must.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilitatile acestui post constau pe de o parte in a colecta date direct de pe teren (prin contactul cu diferiti actori sociali si cu autoritatile) si pe de alta parte in a crea, organiaza si actualiza permanent o baza de date.
Participa la un proiect international pentru prevenirea traficului de copii.
The Database Administrator is in charge of :
- creating, developing and managing the Monitoring and Evaluation system (M&E) for the project of Terre des hommes in Romania;
- setting up the specific monitoring tools (records and documentation) related to the project, in close collaboration with a lawyer working in the project;
- periodical field visits of Terre des hommes national project and to partners;
- monthly reporting to the Project Manager and contributing to quarterly and annually reporting to donors;
- working in close collaboration with the project team to guarantee the efficiency of monitoring of the project;
- contributing to specific files for the development of the project capitalization (reinforcement and harmonization, development and adaptation, different work on publications, reporting etc).
The titular will conduct his or her duties and engagements in respect of the charter of Terre des hommes and the convention of child’s rights, without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.
Place of work:
Bucharest, and short business trips to other regions of the country.
If necessary, short business trips in the countries from the region – Albania, Moldova, etc.
