CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The potential candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience
in payroll and HR administration plus some experience in recruitment,
staff apprisal and other HR functions. The HR Executive should handle
all HR functions and will have a full-time HR assistant (currently
employed).
* Extensive experience in payroll processing and personnel
administration (min. 2 years)
* Preferably graduated \'inspector resurse umane\'
* Excellent knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
* Very good PC skills
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Flexible, organized and reliable
* Able to carry high level of confidentiality
* Fluent in english. French is an asset.
