COMPETENCE & EXPERIENCE The candidate will be economist or jurist. The ideal candidate will have a double competence: He will be familiarised with the Romanian legislation and fiscal policy (especially with the legislation regarding the calls for offers –law 60) He will have a solid experience of financial management Having worked for a construction or civil engineering society before is an asset. FOREIGN LANGUAGES The candidate must have a good command for written and oral English.
JOB DESCRIPTION To do financial analysis of the files in order to establish the feasible savings To prepare the call for offers files To establish and to supervise the reimbursement grids To administrate the international payments To administrate the collaboration with Raiffensen Bank To find solutions to taxation problems of the equipment coming from abroad. PLACE OF WORK The office is in Brasov and all the projects will take place in the department of Brasov. The Financial Manager will have to go to Denmark 3 or 4 times a year. OFFER Negotiable net salary between 1200-1500 EUR net.

Our client develops projects that allow energy savings in the following fields: Drinking water and used waters Heating Waste Public buildings The company disposes of a 10 million EUR global budget. The Mother Company is a Danish inter-communal, public operator and provider of water and electricity to local collectivities. The finance proposed to the local collectivities is revolving-credit type: it constitutes the generated savings thanks to new set up equipment which allow to finance the reimbursement of the loans. The company will immediately re-invested the reimbursed money in other projects. The eligible projects will be estimated between 150 000 – 1 500 000 EUR and will have to be reimbursable in maximum 5 years. Our client provides the funds (in partnership with Raiffensen Bank), the acquisition of the necessary material, its installation and its putting into service.
