CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Very good English language knowledge (fluent), confident with good written and oral communications skills
• Minimum 5 years track record in pipeline and subsea design within project teams

• Good first degree (Upper Second) in an Engineering Discipline
• Post-graduate qualification in a related discipline is desirable, although not a pre-requisite
• Demonstrable ability to deliver efficient analytical solutions to engineering design tasks
• Experience in the preparation of high quality technical proposals
• Supervisory experience and leadership of engineering personnel
• Specific knowledge of subsea pipelines and equipment
• Previous specific experience in a similar role, is desirable High computer literacy with MS Office, MathCAD, Pipesim, FE AnalysisOther Considerations:
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Self motivated and ability to motivate and lead others


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Proposals – Assist Business Stream Management in preparing proposals
• Business Development – Identify and bring to Business Development Manager’s attention opportunities to develop business within or beyond projects to which they are assigned.
• Client interfacing – To liase with clients on a technical level to ensure their needs are being met and assuring they are aware of the data input requirements to allow the project to proceed on-schedule
• Quality – ensuring the work is performed in accordance with the company quality procedures
• Supervision – technical direction and control of the team assigned to the project, ensuring the team understands the technical details and key features of the project and delivers the project tasks to the highest technical standard and in accordance with the project schedule.
• Leadership - Provides technical leadership and direction to the project team with the Project Manager
• Financial performance – responsible for assisting the project manager to deliver the project within business stream specified targets
