Java Project Manager – in this role you must have already gathered at least 3 years of experience in coordinating people and projects, as you will play an important role in:
- Architecture design
- Writing technical specifications
- Software development and testing
- Preparing reports,
- Maintaining a close contact with the client throughout the entire project
- Ensuring that the time, quality and volume parameters are being met.

Java Developer - for this job you will make good use of your more 3 years previous programming experience. You know that your team will rely on you for the design, development and constant optimization of the application.
- You master OOP related languages and technologies such as: JAVA / J2EE, JSF, Spring, JBoss SEAM, ORM (EJB 3, Hibernate), XML, Ajax / JavaScript (optional: SWING, SWT, SOAP, XSLT) .
- You also have strong knowledge of at least one of the following development environments: Eclipse/IntelliJ/NetBeans, CVS / SVN, Ant.

Application Tester – the person who will occupy this position in our team must have a full understanding of Java applications. Your mission will be to verify and advise future actions based on the testing results. Therefore, your main strong points must be:
- Manual and automatized testing - using Bug-tracking system: JIRA, Mantis, etc.
- Conceiving the testing plan and writing the testing charts
- Writing test results reports.

Due to our results, we are currently expanding our Java team in order to respond to the new needs of our partner – an international leader, well-known fragrance producer.

For this new project we are looking for 5 Java passionate experts who have a very good knowledge of OOP: Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse and Oracle / MySQL data base. The team will have the following structure:

1 Java Project Manager
3 Java Developers
1 Application Tester

De exemplu, peste 60% din cifra de afaceri a agentiei din Bucuresti este realizata pentru mari clienti locali, pentru care suntem implicati in proiecte de anvergura.

Cu un Business Model eficient si performant in contextul economic actual, grupul Pentalog a realizat in 2009 o crestere organica de 50% si o cifra de afaceri de 13,5 M€. In iunie 2010, echipa Pentalog numara deja 500 de persoane.

In pofida conjuncturii dificile anului 2009, Pentalog si-a conservat majoritatea clientilor din 2009 si debuteaza in 2010 cu noi proiecte, in majoritatea agentiilor sale. Obiectivul este de a ajunge la un efectiv global de 550 de persoane la sfarsitul anului 2010.
