CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computers Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related discipline
- Good problem identification skills
- Ability to understand business and functional requirements
- Ability to work with developers and QA team members to produce and execute test cases for data testing
- A good understanding of programming paradigms
- Knowledge of the most used protocols: SMTP, IMAP4, POP3
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technical concepts
- Self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish assignments independently
ASSETS (not required, but highly valued and appreciated)
- Experience in software testing
- Familiarity with testing tools, automated testing tools, and bug tracking/reporting systems represents a plus
- Good understanding of QA methodologies and processes are considered a plus
PERSONALITY
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Good analytical & conceptual skills
- A motivated person ready to take on challenges;
- English language at advanced level
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Create simple, understandable and detailed Test Cases document
- Conducts tests and prepares understandable reports and detailed defects description
- Review and comment on product specifications and designs
- Create test plans and test cases, including automated tests
- Act as customer advocate; provide product feedback and submit enhancement requests
