Sales Manager Assistant

• Prevoius experience in customer relations
• Basic book-keeping skills
• Fluency in English; German language is an advantage
• Basic IT skills ( MS Office, SAP etc.)
• Responsible and loyal person
• Good team player

• Assisting and reporting directly to the Country Manager of the Romanian Rep. Office
• Preparing offers; entering & processing orders
• Involved in customs clearance
• Organizing meetings and offering support for trade fairs organization
• In charge with primary book-keeping & internal accounting activities (e.g.: monthly reports, expenses, cash desk responsible, current office payments, etc.)
• Organizing the travelling procedures for the Business Unit Sales & Marketing employees
• Preparing invitations for the company's internal visitors
• Offering support to customers
• Working close together and supporting the Field Sales Engineers
• Managing office supplies
• Miscellaneous administrative issues
