Sales Assistant

You are our ideal candidate if you have relevant previous experience and you have a very good knowledge of German Language and/or English language. Highly valued are your communications skills, fast paced working capacity and your optimism. Last, but not least, very good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.

In this challenging position, you will have to deal with activities regarding the daily sales activities, such as preparing tender qualification documents, offers and price quotations. You will also be involved in the relationship with state authorities on mattes regarding approvals/certificates, employee situations for Labor Chamber, following up contracts, assuring that they are always according to the law in force. At the same time, you will be the liaison between the company and the bank regarding all kind of situations: letters of guarantee, tax withdrawal forms, primary accounting, and invoice payments.
