| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years relevant experience in the field of recruitment and/or sales, speaks fluent English and Romanian, has excellent sales ability, can work independently and a strong motivation for success. Candidates having experience in other fields of HR or purchaising can be considered as well. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This person would be our first employee on the Romanian market. She or he should first participate in the company establishment process, recruit and train a team of consultants, establish our client portfolio and the recruitment processes. |
