| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory skills:
* Experience in network and/or telecommunication systems
* General networking knowledge (TCP/IP, bridging/VLANs, Routing protocols, Switching); CCNA is a good start
Bonus skills:
* Experience with wireless systems installation, configuration, debugging and troubleshooting
* CWNA or Cisco wireless module
* Knowledge of 802.11 and 802.1x
* General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory environment
* Experience with RADIUS servers - Microsoft IAS, Funk SBR
Non-technical skills:
* Good command of English language

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As a Technical Support Engineer for a major Enterprise Wireless solution provider, your main task will be to provide Tier 1-3 support to our customers:
* Investigate customer issues in "live" network deployments and provide assistance via email or phone
* Simulate issues into our labs and escalate fully-characterized problems to our development team
* Interact with network administrators and offer solutions to their network problems
* Collaborate with our SQA teams to ensure the high quality of our products
Depending on professional background and experience, a competitive compensation package is offered.
Relocation package is offered for candidates from cities other than Bucharest. |
