RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Regular secretarial activities such as calls dispatch, handling incoming and outgoining correspondence, documents filing and archiving, travel and accomodation arrangements, relationship with office suppliers;
- Assistantship for the management team, by drafting various documents, translations, gathering information on specific topics, etc.;
- Management of the relationship with the external bookkeeping firm, by preparing the documents and all information required by them (petty cash operations, invoices, expenses reimbursement documents).
- Plans, organizes and coordinates all administrative services
- Initiates, plans and leads new projects at department level, with the aim of improving company administrative services
- Initiates, elaborates and controls internal administrative rules and procedures
- Negotiates contracts with administration services suppliers
- Monitors the costs related to administrative services
- Permanently foresees and proposes improvement measures related to the quality of administrative services
