CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Good knowledge of French and English.
- Knowledge of and/or experience supporting Windows and MS Office products.
- Excellent troubleshooting capability.
- Attention to details.
- Communication skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will have to:
- Analyse support requests sent by the users by calls, mail, web submit.
- Evaluate complexity, impact and priority.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues.
- Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues.
- Offer required support.
- Ensure follow-up of all issues.
