CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The IT Department of Ubisoft is currently seeking a full-time IT Support Analyst for Budgeting and Forecasting tools with middle-level experience, to join our team in Bucharest on a permanent basis.

Job requirements:

Mandatory:
• University graduate
• Work experience of at least three years within the IT/ Customer Support department
• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
• General knowledge of BI / Datawarehouse / Reporting
• Financial Reporting
• Good written and oral knowledge of English

Represent a strong advantage:
• Essbase (EAS, HBR, calculation scripts, DLR, mxls)
• Hyperion Planning
• Knowledge of business terms and processes in areas like Cost Control, Consolidation, Finance and Accounting, Sales, Marketing
• Add in Excel / Smartview
• SQL/ Oracle databases knowledge
• French knowledge


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:

• Ensures 2nd level support for Ubisoft's Budgeting and Forecasting applications (Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management): works a queue of tickets (incidents, problems, requests) and provides resolutions within internally defined SLAs, with a focus on long-term solutions
• Participate in the application maintenance and performs analysis of the change requests for Hyperion Planning application
• Designs and proposes appropriate solutions with the support of the Project & Account Manager, Project Manager and Development teams
• Provides status updates and manages customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of the incident/ problem/ service request
• Demonstrates a sound knowledge across multiple business intelligence products.
• Collaborates closely with level 1 support analysts to identify, document and transfer recurrent ticket categories
• Provides trainings for the key and end-users
• Contributes to the creation and maintenance of end-user documentation
• Effectively utilizes support processes and tools (i.e.: self service interface, ticketing tool, internal knowledge base etc.); Stays updated with the support practices and procedures and suggests improvements
• Actively contributes to internal knowledge management through content creation and maintenance
