IT Human Resources Adviser

Requirements:

•University degree on pertinent field;
•At least five years of experience in the area of recruitment;
•Recruitment experience in the IT industry (mandatory);
•Experience in an external recruitment firm, an asset;
•Excellent written communication skills in English (French an asset);
•Very good understanding of English (French an asset).

The Human Resources Adviser will provide consulting services to the managers of the IT operational center in Romania, on any question related to HR management such as the interpretation of internal policies, the resolution of complaints and conflicts, remuneration, and the application of labour legislation.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and putting in place recruitment strategies in response to immediate needs as well as in prediction of future demands.

Responsibilities:

•Work with IT managers in order to evaluate their recruitment needs;
•Create job descriptions in collaboration with those who are doing the hiring;
•Implement appropriate recruitment strategies based on the types of positions to be filled;
•Assist the managers in the preselection of candidates;
•Evaluate candidates through telephone or in-person interviews;
•Follow up with the appropriate employees in order to evaluate progress in the recruitment process;
•Verify references;
•Coordinate recruitment efforts for special projects;
•Ensure the ongoing development and improvement of recruitment methods and tools.
