CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Student or University graduate in IT or related areas is preferred;
- Advanced Italian and English skills (both languages are mandatory);
- Previous experience in a Call Center or IT Helpdesk Team is a plus;
- IT Knowledge: Windows Environment, PC Software Troubleshooting, Networking basics, Familiar with Microsoft Office Products
- Available to work in 3 shifts;


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Provide Tier 1 support for all hardware/software services via phone, email or remote;
- Route/escalate tickets to the appropriate group in charge;
- Handle different administrative tasks or desktop configuration tasks;
- Record, track and document all the help desk requests using the service desk tools;
- Research hardware & software problems for end users by applying standards procedures and best practices;
- Document new processes and create different procedures;
- Train new users on computer software and hardware tools via the phone;
