| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal candidate profile
- Fluent in English or French&English or German&English;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Delivered IT trainings in a formal classroom environment or on a one-to-one basis;
- Familiar with custom software solutions (e.g.: ERP, CRM) as a implementation consultant;
- Understands complex systems and can present them in a structured and simplified way for end users. |

What is it about?
Our client, one of the global leaders in the aerospace industry, is looking for 15 IT trainers
for a challenging 3 year assignment in Germany (7 positions), France (7positions) or UK (1 role).
What will I do?
Starting March / April 2012, you will provide on-the-job training for the employees of a company specialized in aerospace, defense and related services that plans to change or update over 600 IT applications in the future.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparation: understand changes made from the previous version of each application;
- Design and deliver effective application training for end users;
- Write comprehensive training manuals and use e-learning tools.
You will learn multiple international training methodologies in a train-the-trainers session. In your first presentations you will work with an experienced trainer in order to achieve your maximum potential.
