| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Only respond in english please. Excellent at managing and empowering people. Good at writing manuals, Very process orientated, training staff and creating retention. Very proffessional dealing with clients on the phone and highly organized. Excellent english speaking skills are required. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
• Utilize or develop standard operating process, documents and team methodology
• Be proactive and create relationships with the customer IT leaders and team to create competitive advantages for ISI
• Effectively manage the project management team, Audit team, TEM staff and task managers.
• Continue to improve technology and industry knowledge by attending 2 relevant trainings per Qtr.
• Continuously improve your personal customer interfacing skills and partner communications skills, via trainings, books, work shops and coaching
• Continuously improve and establish “best practices” for ISI
• Strong technology / telecommunications project management training skills and auditing skills required
• Oversee the development of custom software development
• Interview, hire, train, support and maintain a 5-15 person team
Requirements:
Excellent English writing skills, coaching skills, high technical aptitude, strong people management skills, Technical knowledge of telecommunications Voice and Data networks, extensive carrier technical knowledge and contacts, MS Office, excellent training and ability to multi-task between different sales consultants and customers and be highly organized. Strong “follow up and organizational skills required”.
Travel: 2-3 times per year to NY
Compensation:Base salary and bonus
Base Salary: 1000-1500 Euro / Month
Bonus: Monthly bonus of TBD, based on your team performance
Benefits: transportation may be provided, 401k, paid vacation
Management: You will report to CEO
Measurement: You will be measured quarterly via the ISI performance Matrix, performance metrics, 360 peer review (includes partner review)
