CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- university degree in law;
- minimum 2 years of legal work experience
- solid knowledge of the general legal framework, commercial especially;
- good understanding of the international environment legal practices;
- significant experience in contract generation & negotiation;
- proficiency in English (it is a must);
- good communication and presentation skills;
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- prepare the company contracts with clients, suppliers and partners (both Romanian and foreign);
- prepare sale purchase agreements with the clients and the contracts
- provide commercial legal advice;
- provide timely and precise legal opinions to the management of the company as requested;
- protect the company’s interests so as to anticipate potential problems and reduce commercial risk;
- provide permanent updates on changes in legislation
- any other activity related legal issues |
